We believe diversity is essential to strengthening our organization and our people, resulting in better client experiences, continuous innovation, and genuine engagement. **If you are a challenge-driven individual determined to make a difference.** **Join our team!** **Main Responsibilities/Activities** * Coordinate audit work, supporting and engaging the team; * Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of auditing concepts, accounting principles, and tools used in external audit work; * Adapt audit work to the characteristics and specificities of each client, building strong client relationships. * Demonstrate knowledge in accounting and auditing, taxation, and technology. * Demonstrate planning ability, work organization, and task delegation to the team; * Provide on-the-job guidance and training to Trainees and Associates; * Review audit work and manage team performance; * Control and monitor hours spent on assignments, reporting to the responsible manager. * The professional will serve clients from the industry and services division. **Desired Experience** * 3 years in Auditing **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences * Active CRC registration **Knowledge Requirements** * Microsoft Office Suite * Financial Mathematics * Intermediate English (Preferred) **Desired Skills and Attitudes** * Analytical / critical thinking * Organization * Strong interpersonal skills * Commitment * Confidentiality * Proactivity Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Intermediate)
