**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30, with a 1h30 lunch break **Level:** Management and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for developing and implementing relationship strategies with cooperative members, including portfolio management of products and services, supporting business teams and branch processes, particularly for individual clients (PF), through marketing of existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial consulting focused on the cooperative member’s needs and the cooperative’s results, aiming at profitability, portfolio expansion and formation, promoting service quality, efficiency and standardization, achievement of established targets, and offering product and service solutions aligned with member expectations and loyalty within the manager’s area of responsibility. **Requirements:*** Experience in the financial market and financial consulting; * ANBIMA CPA 10/20 certification; * Knowledge of selling financial products and services; * Availability to conduct visits and participate in events; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/Specialization in Commercial/Business areas, financial products and services, or related fields; **Benefits:** Birthday day off (a paid day off), Medical assistance, ANBIMA CPA 10/2 certification allowance, Daycare allowance, Education allowance, Therapy allowance, Performance bonus, Commissions, Gympass (Wellhub), Life insurance, Meal voucher
