**We are hiring: Purchasing Manager \| Estrela Distribuição** **Estrela Distribuição** is seeking a **Purchasing Manager** to work at our operation in **Ceilândia – DF**, focusing on strategic negotiation with industries and supply management in the distribution sector. We seek a professional with strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and experience in the **wholesale/distribution segment**, responsible for ensuring competitiveness, product availability, and operational profitability. **Key responsibilities** * Plan and execute purchasing and supply strategies * Negotiate with suppliers and industries (prices, delivery terms, volumes, and contracts) * Negotiate discounts, bonuses, and trade funds * Ensure appropriate supply levels, preventing stockouts and excess inventory * Monitor purchasing KPIs (inventory turnover, coverage, stockouts, and margins) * Define product mix and brand portfolio * Analyze product costs, margins, and profitability * Develop strategic relationships with suppliers * Integrate purchasing functions with commercial, logistics, and finance departments * Monitor market trends, competition, and price fluctuations **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree * Solid experience in **purchasing within the distribution or wholesale sector** * Experience negotiating with **industries and strategic suppliers** * Experience managing inventory, costs, and commercial margins * Experience leading teams Compensation: R$20\.000,00 \- R$30\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Meal allowance Experience: * Wholesale and distribution sector?
