We seek a candidate with proven experience in digital product development and system implementation projects; this person will lead a series of initiatives involving the Jamef Customer Journey. They will serve as the integration point between company business units and technology; therefore, technical expertise alone is insufficient — strong business acumen is essential. \# Scope of Services: Lead the development of digital solutions and system implementations. Consolidate schedules and manage risks, scope, communication, and budgets. Plan and conduct progress review meetings with development management and functional teams at Jamef and vendors. Support the technology team with best practices in governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Develop and maintain updated project plans, KPIs, executive reports, and presentations for senior leadership. The professional will be assigned across multiple projects, including Jamef’s digital transformation journey. **Skills:** \# Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in software product development projects. Demonstrated knowledge of the Scrum framework. Proficiency in PMI best practices and/or PMP certification. Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and functional areas simultaneously. Experience in IT governance and compliance environments. Skill in facilitating meetings and preparing managerial reports. Knowledge of Change Management and ability to drive communication and alignment with stakeholders. \# Desired Qualifications Academic background or practical experience in UX Design. Experience with Jira (backlog and sprint management) and MS Project (scheduling). Scrum Master certification or equivalent (CSM, PSM). Functional knowledge of infrastructure (networks, storage, servers, security, backup, and connectivity)
