If you have telecommunications expertise and a results-driven mindset, join our team!* **Minimum and Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree; * Proven experience in telecommunications; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); **Main Responsibilities:** The Implementation Supervisor will be the key player for: * **Production Planning:** Plan production and allocate sufficient resources to meet customer demand, ensuring production targets and **KPIs** (Key Performance Indicators) are met. * **Strategic Expansion:** Plan and ensure the department has all necessary infrastructure to activate **new cities** and/or **expand service coverage** in existing cities. * **Monitoring and Quality:** Monitor and identify outliers in service delivery timelines and field execution quality, actively collaborating with supervisory teams. * **Management Support:** Provide strategic operational support by responding to requests and needs from coordinators and managers. * **Safety First:** Ensure the safety of field employees, adhering strictly to safety standards and procedures. * **Results Validation:** Validate productivity and team performance calculations. **What Are We Looking For in You?** *A professional with* ***leadership, strategic vision*** *and* ***relentless goal orientation****.
