Job Summary: V2T is seeking a committed and responsible Operations Supervisor to manage teams, conduct training, supervise work execution, and resolve conflicts. Key Highlights: 1. Willingness to travel (25%) preferred V2T is a service outsourcing company, and we are looking for a committed and responsible individual to join our team as an OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR to oversee the administration of our teams. Requirements: Experience in team management, undergraduate degree, valid driver's license (CNH), basic computer skills, excellent communication skills at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Facilities/Service Outsourcing as Team Lead/Supervisor; intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Valid driver's license (CNH) Responsibilities: \- Develop team work schedules; \- Train and supervise work execution; \- Visit client work sites; \- Manage conflicts and negotiate solutions; \- Recruit personnel for replacements; \- Estimate, organize, track, and record cleaning supplies, uniforms, and personal protective equipment; \- Perform other duties inherent to the role.
