Strategic management of customers and suppliers YOUR TYPICAL DAY: * Manage and develop the team, ensuring compliance with legislation regarding schedules, vacations, and working hours. * Ensure smooth operations, including opening new units. * Monitor and optimize revenue, costs, and KPIs such as turnover and absenteeism. * Analyze income statements (DRE) and forecasts, proposing strategic action plans. * Conduct meetings with teams and customers, as well as present commercial proposals. * Manage suppliers and approve purchases and operational expenses. * Lead event execution and participate in acquiring new customers. * Ensure mandatory training and promote continuous improvement in management. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience supervising operational teams. * Knowledge of administrative processes. * Skills in people management and problem solving. * Completed undergraduate degree. * Personal vehicle.
