Our goal is to invest robustly and consistently in technology and innovation to deliver the best agri-food safety solutions — from farm to table. **What will you do?** * Receive and track new service requests from customers, ensuring proper routing and adherence to established deadlines; * Monitor the progress of field activities, ensuring quality and alignment with project objectives; * Distribute tasks among the audit team, considering location, deadlines, and priorities; * Collaborate with the Service Order Center to validate materials and information to be sent to customers; * Identify and monitor the team’s training and refresher needs; * Supervise and support audit teams across different regions, ensuring process efficiency and standardization. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in agriculture; * Brazilian National Driver's License (Category B), issued at least two years ago; * Prior experience in leadership positions; * Experience in agricultural auditing activities; * Knowledge of soybean cultivation will be considered a plus. **What we offer:** * Meal allowance; * Group life insurance; * Health plan — the employee’s monthly premium is fully subsidized by the company.
