Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end management of warehouse processes, leading teams, ensuring safety and performance, and developing operational strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Develop strategic planning and forecasts **DESCRIPTION** --------------- Responsible for end-to-end management of warehouse processes (Inbound or Outbound) during a specific shift or multiple shifts. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the team of Area Managers and associates in operations * Ensure operational safety, quality, and performance * Achieve and exceed operational targets * Develop strategic planning and forecasts * Mentorship and team development * Implement process improvements Management: * Reports to the Senior Process Manager * Leads a team of Area/Team Managers * Manages approximately 300 direct/indirect employees, with variations depending on the period * Interfaces with support functions (HR, Finance, Facilities, Security, IT) Additional Requirements: * Availability to work on a 3x2 schedule (3 working days followed by 3 days off, then 2 working days followed by 2 days off) * 12-hour shifts (day shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or night shift: 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM) * Availability to work on weekends * Ability to lift up to 22 kg * Walk long distances within the warehouse * Stand for up to 12 hours * Adapt to varying environmental conditions * Access all areas of the facility (stairs, ship ladders) **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays * Experience in employee and performance management * Advanced English skills **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
