Experience in project management, team leadership, and operational practice. **Position Title:** Operations Coordinator **Work Location:** Botafogo/RJ **Scope of the Role:** Lead operational projects across units—from prioritization through implementation and performance monitoring. Responsible for driving continuous process improvement by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. We seek a hands-on, proactive professional with strong leadership ability, systemic vision, organizational skills, capacity to mobilize teams, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the operational support team * Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators * Identify and implement continuous process improvements * Lead improvement projects (processes, systems, and automation) * Develop and deliver operational training * Monitor productivity and performance across units **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields * Experience in project and team management * Operational management experience * Experience in the healthcare sector **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in process management, project management, or related fields * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) * Experience with Lean Manufacturing * Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools
