Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with SAP / WMS systems. Prior experience in this role. Experience in people management. * Supervise and control operational teams and services; * Manage team leaders across departments to achieve established goals and targets; * Guide and monitor teams in receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities, meeting demand requirements; * Validate internal workflows; * People management; * Ensure team safety in the workplace; * Conduct training sessions for leaders and operational teams; * Analytical capability to prepare reports, track indicators, and develop strategies to achieve results; * Collaborate with internal clients and suppliers to resolve operational issues; * Present performance indicators to management and clients; * Monitor productivity indicators; * Participate in operational critical analysis meetings jointly with clients; * Monitor and audit operational expenses to reduce costs; * Audit operational and PLR (Profit Sharing Plan) indicators. 251213020220749819
