LOGISTICS MANAGER

Description

* Manage receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations; * Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, returns, and route returns; * Lead teams of supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff; * Develop operational strategies and manage team performance; * Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and track logistics KPIs; * Prepare and present managerial reports; * Monitor freight costs and propose operational improvements; * Manage working hour controls and productivity; * Optimize logistics processes and reduce costs; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and operational organization; * Manage the delivery, inventory, and frozen goods shipping team. Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in logistics management; * Experience in refrigerated and frozen goods operations is a plus; * Experience leading operational teams; * Knowledge of inventory management, shipping, and transportation; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * ERP/WMS knowledge is a plus.
