Job Summary: IT Project Manager responsible for contract management, software development projects, and implementation of agile metrics, with a focus on PMO coordination and contractual oversight. Analysis of contractual clauses and billing monitoring **INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECT MANAGER – ON-SITE – CUIABÁ/MT** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Management of outsourcing contracts involving workforce allocation, applying agile practices. * Management of software development projects in accordance with PMBOK guidelines. * Business process modeling, analysis, and management. * Project management using agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, and OKR. * PMO coordination. * Implementation and measurement of agile metrics including Lead time, Cycle time, Throughput, and Work In Progress / WIP. * Analysis of contractual clauses, especially ongoing labor supply contracts with exclusive dedication for service delivery using agile practices. * Monitoring of billing cycles with performance assessment. * Continuous monitoring of strict compliance with contractual clauses. * Attendance at agile ceremonies and receipt of agile artifacts correlated with contract control. Receipt, analysis, verification, and control of contractual documentation and indicators for minimum contracted service levels. * Conducting research and gathering evidence to support technical studies, market research, renegotiations, extensions, and other contractual amendments. * Supporting the development of content for sharing best practices in planning and contractual oversight. Protection of contract data, personnel data, and data of all other involved parties. * Preparation of spreadsheets and reports on service level indices and calculations of delivered services for billing purposes. * Assisting and supporting the Scrum Master and contract manager in managing workforce allocation and capacity across projects to optimize execution. Recording incidents arising from service delivery, monitoring activities, and other related tasks supporting planning, management, and contractual oversight. * Monitoring of billing cycles with performance assessment. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, IT, or related areas. * **Holds the following certification:** Project Management Professional (PMP). * Proven experience as an IT Project Manager. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management. * Proficiency in facilitating meetings with stakeholders and clients. * Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar). * Availability for on-site work. * Experience in digital transformation projects. * Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (VA) and Transportation Allowance (VT), Dental Plan, Life Insurance. * **English course partnership** * **IT course partnership
