We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our Fraud Prevention function within our financial services unit. The core challenge is to ensure the security and sustainability of products such as Credit Cards, Digital Accounts, and Loans, while managing a technical team of 6 analysts in a fast-growing, high-tech environment. ***Responsibilities and Duties*** * **Fintech Strategy:** Define and implement fraud prevention guidelines across the entire customer lifecycle (Onboarding, Transactional, and Portfolio Management). * **Expert Leadership:** Lead and develop a technical team of 6 analysts focused on data analysis, decision rules, and modeling. * **Payments Ecosystem:** Manage risk across payment schemes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and operational efficiency. * **Partner Management:** Lead relationships with and performance monitoring of anti-fraud tool vendors (bureaus, biometrics, devices, etc.). * **Innovation and AI:** Drive automation initiatives and apply Artificial Intelligence to detect fraud patterns in real time. * **Business Acumen:** Balance approval rates (customer experience) with strict control over chargebacks and financial losses. Requirements: * **Financial Background:** Proven, solid experience in Fraud Prevention within Fintechs, banks, or financial institutions. * **Core Business Knowledge:** Proficiency in payment methods, authorization flows, clearing and settlement, and dispute handling. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced analytical capability, with expertise in SQL and data manipulation tools for strategy development. * **360° Risk Perspective:** Deep understanding of the "4 Ps" of payments and emerging risks in the digital banking landscape. * **Management Profile:** Experience leading teams.
