We seek a candidate with strong project and management expertise. **Your responsibilities:** * Plan and execute construction, real estate, and facility adaptation projects * Manage project schedules, budgets, and physical progress * Oversee projects from feasibility study through final delivery * Support master plans and facility expansion initiatives * Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and technical guidelines * Coordinate interfaces with internal departments (Engineering, Operations, Safety, etc.) * Manage suppliers, contracts, and construction execution * Monitor KPIs, risks, and action plans * Support process improvement and documentation organization **What Lear expects from you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields * Solid experience in construction and real estate project management * Experience in scheduling, execution, and schedule control * Experience in industrial and corporate environments * Experience in leadership and supplier management * Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools * Fluent English (Spanish is a plus) Workflow Management Bidding Project Planning Feasibility Studies Critical Thinking AutoCAD Space Planning Construction Management Contract Management Process Improvement Project Coordination
