**Job Responsibilities** * Perform complete or partial upholstery of seats, cushions, supports, and other padded components of strength and cardio equipment. * Carry out cutting, sewing, and replacement of foams, canvases, synthetic leather, and other covering materials. * Assess the condition of parts and identify repair or replacement needs. * Perform measurements, modeling, and adjustments to ensure finishing meets company standards. * Maintain organization of workshop, tools, and materials. * Collaborate with the maintenance technical team to carry out full refurbishments. * Ensure quality, safety, and durability in all services performed. **Basic Requirements** * Proven experience as an upholsterer (preferably in automotive, industrial, or equipment upholstery). * Knowledge of cutting and sewing synthetic materials (synthetic leather, canvas, faux leather, etc.). * Skill in operating industrial sewing machines. * Ability to perform precise measurements and create patterns. * Understanding of finishing, gluing, and material fixation techniques. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail. * Commitment to deadlines and quality.
