Reading Technical Sheets and Visual References Ability to interpret basic technical sheet instructions to ensure finishing accuracy according to model requirements. Production Organization and Workflow Knowledge of textile production stages and operational sequence to maintain continuous and orderly workflow. Safety in Tool Handling Adoption of safe practices when using cutting instruments and organizing the work environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Trimming and Finishing Cut Pieces * Perform trimming of cut pieces, removing burrs, excess fabric, loose threads and imperfections, ensuring proper finishing. * Handle manual cutting tools (scissors, scalpel, knife) safely and precisely, according to fabric type and piece requirements. Visual Inspection of Pieces * Conduct visual inspection on cut pieces before sending them to sewing, identifying defects such as crooked cuts, leftover or missing fabric. * Separate and mark non-conforming pieces, immediately reporting to the responsible supervisor.
