We are looking for a detail-oriented, meticulous, and quality-focused **Upholsterer** to join our maintenance/production team. If you have experience transforming interiors, restoring upholstery, and ensuring visual and ergonomic passenger comfort, this position is for you! The professional will be responsible for all upholstery maintenance, repair, and fabrication tasks across our bus fleet, guaranteeing excellence and safety standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective upholstery maintenance on buses (urban, intercity, or charter); * Fabricate, refurbish, and reupholster seats, driver seats, and other upholstered items using materials such as leather, curvim, fabrics, and foams; * Replace and repair worn-out foams, springs, and internal seat structures; * Install and repair ceiling, side panel, floor (walkways), and vehicle canopy coverings; * Operate industrial sewing machines and specialized tools (pneumatic staplers, adhesives, utility knives, etc.); * Ensure aesthetic alignment and flawless interior finishing of vehicles; * Maintain workplace organization and proper tool conservation; * Uphold occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality standards, promoting a safety culture among teams; * Comply with company policies, standards, and guidelines; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as an Upholsterer (strong preference for automotive, bus, or truck sectors); * Practical knowledge of straight-stitch and double-needle industrial sewing machines; * Proficiency in cutting and shaping fabrics, leathers, foams, and synthetics; **Additional Information** Santa Saúde Health Plan (for employee +1 person — spouse or child; choice required); Dental Plan – Paulident (family coverage); Life insurance; Basic food basket; Meal Card: R$ 40.00 per workday; Transport Card – 4 passes (valid on VLT and urban buses); SEST SENAT; Profit Sharing Program (PLR) Viação Piracicabana São Vicente is a Brazilian transportation company belonging to Comporte Group — one of the largest transportation conglomerates in Brazil.
