As a Sewing Team Leader, you will join a team entirely focused on delivering results—come be \#TeamGreenish. **Prerequisites:** * Prior experience as a team leader, supervisor, or reference person in the sewing department * Knowledge of sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, interlock, double-needle, etc.) * Organizational skills, strong communication ability, and leadership presence * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset **Responsibilities:** * Lead the team of seamstresses * Assign and monitor production targets * Ensure quality of manufactured garments * Support team training and development * Monitor production performance indicators * Organize workflow within the department * Maintain workplace organization * Prepare sewing machines and sewing samples * Operate sewing machines for mass assembly of apparel items Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Meals provided at the workplace * Transportation (fixed route) * Health and dental insurance *(after 3 months – 45% covered by the company)* * Basic food basket *(after 3 months)* * Wellhub *(after 3 months)* Employment Type: Permanent/CLT Work Location: On-site
