Job Summary: Sewing Team Leader professional for a garment manufacturing industry in Caucaia, responsible for leading the team, assigning and tracking production targets, ensuring product quality, and organizing workflow. Assign and monitor production targets. Ensure quality of produced garments. Support team training and development. Track production KPIs. Organize workflow within the department. Organize the workplace. Prepare sewing machines and samples. Operate sewing machines for mass assembly of garment pieces. Previous experience as Sewing Supervisor, Textile Production Coordinator, Clothing Factory Manager, or Head of Sewing may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
