**We are hiring:** Production Supervisor for Sewing We are looking for a visionary and results-driven leader to manage our sewing production line, ensuring high performance, quality and efficiency in our production process. **What we expect from you (Main Responsibilities):** * Lead, train and supervise sewing operators, promoting a motivating and productive work environment. * Plan, assign and monitor daily tasks on the production line, ensuring targets and deadlines are met. * Manage production flow, optimizing methods and processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency. * Conduct rigorous quality inspections at all stages of sewing. * Monitor production metrics and present performance reports. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience in **supervising or leading teams** in the garment manufacturing (sewing) sector. * Solid knowledge of industrial sewing machines used in apparel production. * Ability to manage production targets and optimize processes (knowledge of time-motion studies is a plus). * Strong communication, people management and conflict resolution skills. * High school diploma completed (technical education or course in Production/Apparel is desirable). **We Offer:** * CLT employment contract. * Competitive salary (negotiable). * Meals provided at the company; * Food basket; * Dental plan; * Health insurance; * Transportation route; * Opportunities for development and growth within an established company.
