Job Summary: We are seeking a Sewing Operator with experience in women's fashion, proficiency in industrial sewing machines, and passion for finishing quality, to assemble garments and collaborate with the styling team. What We Look For (Requirements): \-Proven experience in women's fashion sewing (woven fabrics, knits, and tailoring); \-Solid knowledge of industrial sewing machines (Straight-stitch and Overlock machines are essential; Interlock and Blind-stitch machines are preferred); \-Attention to detail and passion for high-quality finishing (the "Linza standard" of quality); \-Proactivity to keep pace with our weekly product launches; \-End-to-end garment assembly experience is a strong advantage. Your Responsibilities (Duties): Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble various garment pieces; Perform closing, adjustments, and repairs to ensure symmetry and proper fit; Collaborate with the styling team to ensure prototypes are reproduced precisely.
