We seek an agile, committed individual who can easily adapt to a dynamic-paced production environment. **Responsibilities:** * Operating straight and overlock sewing machines; * Sewing and assembling tarpaulin components for tent manufacturing; * Supporting daily production activities; * Organizing the workspace and assisting with departmental tasks. **Requirements:** * Experience operating straight and overlock sewing machines; * Sewing experience (preferably in production); * Agility and attention to detail; * Commitment and accountability regarding deadlines and output; * Availability for on-site work. **Behavioral Profile:** We seek an agile, proactive, organized, and committed professional capable of keeping pace with the company’s production dynamics. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **08:00–18:00** (1-hour break) * Saturday: **08:00–12:00** **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: **R$ 2.200,00 (CLT)** * **10% attendance bonus** * **Transportation allowance** * **Lunch provided by the company** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Payment: R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
