Job Summary: We are seeking a Sewing Instructor to support the technical development of the team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement of production processes. Key Highlights: 1. Training and mentoring of employees in an industrial environment. **Position:** Sewing Instructor – OTC **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Mode:** On-site About the Opportunity We are looking for a Sewing Instructor to contribute to the team’s technical development and ensure production process efficiency. This professional will be responsible for training employees, monitoring production, and serving as a technical reference within the department—supporting quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. ️ Key Responsibilities Train and supervise new employees to ensure correct task execution; Instruct the team on sewing processes and updates to methods and standards; Implement and validate cell production balancing and scheduling; Assemble pilot garments to identify potential process improvements and interferences; Monitor production targets and efficiency indicators; Support the organization of cell layouts according to production needs; Guide seamstresses during garment assembly to ensure quality and standardization; Mediate technical questions and challenges raised by the team; Lead people management activities, including performance and development tracking of employees; Support supervision in daily departmental routines; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organization standards. ✅ Requirements Completed high school education (technical course in textile/apparel field preferred); Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sewing; Practical knowledge of garment assembly and production processes; Leadership profile, systemic vision, and emotional intelligence; Experience in textile industry production environments.
