Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive sewing assistant to operate industrial sewing machines, prepare materials, and provide general support to the sewing department. We are looking for a dedicated, proactive individual who enjoys teamwork to join our **sewing department.** The candidate will assist in production activities, operating industrial sewing machines, preparing materials, and providing general support to department routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operating industrial sewing machines; * Preparing materials for production; * Performing cutting, marking, basting, and finishing of components; * Collaborating with the team to ensure quality and smooth progress of the production process. * Attention to detail and proficiency with tools (e.g., professional scissors) * Assisting in **other activities** within the sewing department as needed. **Requirements:** * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual; * Ability to work well in a team and maintain positive interpersonal relations in the workplace; * No prior experience required: training will be provided; * Preferably residing nearby to facilitate commuting. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 17:48**. **Benefits:** * Calm and welcoming work environment * Training for role development Compensation: R$1.750,00 \- R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Possibility of relocation/moving to the job location: * Guarulhos, SP: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Preferred) Selection Question(s): * Are you aware that a test will be conducted prior to formalizing the employment contract?
