Job Summary: Operate industrial sewing machines to mass-produce garments, adhering to quality standards and technical specifications, ensuring proper finishing and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture garments. 2. Assemble garments according to technical specifications and samples, ensuring quality. 3. Collaborate with the team and meet production targets while paying attention to details. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:30\-11:40 and 13:22 – 18:00 **Responsibilities:** Operate industrial sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, banding, etc.) to mass-produce garments, following technical specifications, patterns, and company-established quality standards. Ensure correct fabric joining, finishing, and efficiency in the production flow. **Activities:** * Perform sewing on various types of machines (e.g., straight stitch, overlock, banding, etc.). * Assemble garments according to technical specifications and samples. * Perform finishing, simple inspections, and minor adjustments. * Maintain seam quality and brand standards. * Keep the workstation and machines organized. * Meet production targets while paying attention to details. * Collaborate with the team to improve processes and outcomes. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a seamstress/seamster in garment manufacturing or subcontracted production. * Proficiency in at least one machine type: straight stitch, overlock, or banding. * Attention to detail and meticulous finishing. * Availability for on-site work during standard business hours. * Commitment to deadlines, attendance, and teamwork. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in mass production. * Formal training in cutting and sewing. * Basic ability to read technical specifications and interpret garment patterns. * Experience in garment quality control.
