We thrive on challenges and seek people ready to build careers and achieve results together with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate overlock, straight stitch, coverstitch, and other industrial sewing machines; Machine adjustment; Replace needles and threads, adjust stitch settings, and clean machines using specialized tools; Visually inspect finished garments to ensure compliance with established quality standards; Perform manual sewing tasks as occasional support for similar duties assigned by the Sewing Department supervisor; Carry out other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by departmental or company needs. Strictly comply with safety and quality regulations, as well as workplace organization and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Completed elementary education; Experience in garment sewing; Ability to operate one or more sewing machines. **Preferred Qualifications:** Completed high school education; Ability to operate more than three sewing machines; Experience in the textile industry.
