




**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Repair garments sorted by the laundry. 2. Assess each garment to determine what requires mending: straps, hems, collars, and other components. 3. Sew garments according to the scheduled priority order. 4. Record all newly sewn, mended, and retired garments in the internal usage logbook. 5. Stamp garments with the month, year, and hospital logo; record quantities and specify garment types in the logbook. 6. Request supplies—including thread, chalk, and pins—as needed. 7. Sort garments that are still suitable for mending. 8. Discard and retire garments unfit for further use. 9. Maintain internal usage control over all fabric intake. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed elementary education; Knowledge of cutting and sewing. Proficiency in manufacturing hospital garments and linens. **WORK HOURS:** 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
