### **Automotive Upholstery Seamstress — On-site (Mogi das Cruzes)** An automotive upholstery company in Mogi das Cruzes is expanding its team and hiring an Automotive Upholstery Seamstress. This role operates in a production environment with emphasis on quality, attention to detail, and continuous learning. **Terms and benefits:** * Employment type: CLT — Immediate start; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00; Saturday, 08:30–13:00; * Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 per month; * Cash transportation allowance; * Basic food basket worth R$ 200.00; * Performance bonus according to internal policy; * Training provided to support technical development. **Main responsibilities:** * Operate straight-stitch sewing machines and double-needle sewing machines for manufacturing and finishing car seat covers and other upholstery components; * Identify patterns and cuts, and prepare parts for sewing; * Perform stitching meeting quality standards, finishing requirements, and alignment specifications; * Inspect finished parts, report non-conformities, and propose process improvements; * Support assembly and organization of the production flow; * Participate in internal training and capacity-building sessions. **Requirements:** * Experience operating straight-stitch and double-needle sewing machines; * Ability to identify patterns and cuts (preferred); * Attention to detail and consistent quality standards in production; * Willingness to learn and develop technical skills; * Education level: Incomplete high school; * Preference for candidates residing in the Mogi das Cruzes region.
