Job Summary: We are seeking a seamstress/seamster to manufacture knitted garments and 100% cotton items, operating industrial sewing machines and performing assembly, finishing, and quality inspection. Work environment with training and supervision We are looking for a seamstress/seamster to manufacture knitted garments, primarily T-shirts, and also including jackets, trousers, and other 100% cotton fabric items. **Responsibilities:** * Operate industrial sewing machines (straight-stitch, overlock, and binding machines) * Assemble and finish garments * Perform basic quality inspection of produced items * Support general production tasks **Requirements:** * Prior sewing experience (preferably in garment manufacturing) * Proficiency in using straight-stitch, overlock, and binding machines * Attention to detail and commitment to quality * Punctuality and responsibility * Candidates with basic knowledge are also welcome — we provide technical training and supervision. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Lunch break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM * 10-minute afternoon break * Simple breakfast provided for employees arriving before 8:00 AM **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$10.00 per working day * Transportation voucher * Production-based bonus **Additional Information:** * **Practical test conducted to assess skills** Salary: R$1.600,00 \- R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
