We are looking for a dedicated and proactive E-commerce Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for customer service, assisting customers with purchases on our website, and supporting product listing on our online sales platform. Responsibilities: Activities: * Inspect various garments manufactured internally to ensure compliance with the company's established quality standards; * Verify the quality of manufactured products; * Identify and correct potential production defects or issues in garments; * Attach tags and package items; * Inspect garments produced by external workshops; * Check for defects such as faulty stitching, labels, zippers, holes, stains, and others; * Apply adhesive labels near identified defects to mark their location and facilitate garment repair; Requirements: * Experience in garment inspection; * Strong communication skills; * Teamwork ability; * Organization and attention to detail; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.000,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
