**About the position:** Muraca Sports is seeking a **Production Supervisor** to lead daily operations in the production department, ensuring quality, agility, and organization in delivering our customized uniforms. We are looking for someone with **experience in garment manufacturing, team leadership, and a results-oriented mindset**. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and assign tasks across departments: cutting, sewing, sublimation, and shipping * Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to deadlines * Track incoming and outgoing internal components as well as outsourced/external subcontracted items * Manage inventory of threads, yarns, and basic trims * Promote productivity while maintaining respect and alignment with company culture * Support continuous improvement of production processes * Serve as the liaison between the production team and company management **Requirements:** * Prior experience in garment manufacturing or apparel factories (minimum 1 year) * Demonstrated ability to lead operational teams * Strong organizational skills, accountability, and hands-on attitude * Proficiency with spreadsheets or production control systems **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with sportswear or knitted fabrics * Knowledge of Production Control Planning (PCP) or production logistics * Experience working with performance targets and KPIs **We offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Performance-based bonuses tied to production targets * A respectful work environment with opportunities for professional growth Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$2,500.00 – R$5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
