




Job Summary: The Production Supervisor oversees the factory floor, leads teams, ensures production, quality, and safety targets, and serves as the bridge between operations and management. Production data analysis and performance reporting The Production Supervisor reports directly to the Production Manager and is responsible for supervising the factory floor, leading teams (final art, digital printing, cutting, sewing, finishing), achieving production, quality, and safety targets, controlling raw materials, managing conflicts, analyzing reports, and implementing continuous improvements—acting as the liaison between operations and management to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company standards and regulations. Prior experience in the textile industry is preferred. Key Responsibilities: * People Leadership and Management: Lead, train, delegate tasks, evaluate performance, manage conflicts, and ensure team safety. * Planning and Control: Organize production, assess capacity, plan maintenance, requisition materials, and control workflow. * Quality and Efficiency: Monitor product quality, identify deviations, adjust processes, and implement continuous improvements in accordance with technical and environmental standards. * Analysis and Reporting: Analyze production data, generate performance reports, and present goals and KPIs to management. * Operations: Monitor machine usage and raw material consumption, and ensure departmental organization and cleanliness. Essential Skills: * Strong communication and verbal fluency. * Organization, patience, and focus. * Problem-solving ability. * Technical knowledge of textile processes (cutting, sewing, finishing). * Strategic vision for continuous improvement.
