Description: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in animal feed factory production is a plus. * Assist in the separation of raw materials for production; * Add ingredients into the mixing hopper; * Weigh macro and micro ingredients to ensure correct addition of all ingredients during production and guarantee accurate weighing; * Verify scales according to IT.SGQ 006 and IT.SGQ 004 to ensure they are functioning correctly; * Program the scale according to product specifications to guarantee the expected weight; * Sew/seal packaging to ensure all bags are properly closed and prevent contamination or losses; * Collect a sample from each product batch, as required, to maintain a counter-sample; * Close the production shift by verifying the number of empty bags remaining, checking with dispatch the quantity of bagged product, total produced, and quantity discarded; all information must be recorded on the form for subsequent evaluation and release of the produced batch; * Operate the control panel and verify production orders; * Perform cleaning and organization of the work area; * Ensure proper waste disposal by completing the waste record form to guarantee correct handling of production-related waste; * Assist in palletizing products; * Stretch-wrap palletized products. 2512060202191848969
