Practical and operational profile, supporting production ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Manage and oversee garment manufacturing production; Assign tasks and organize the production queue; Monitor production and delivery deadlines; Ensure quality of manufactured garments; Coordinate sewers and production team; Assist in production when necessary (operational profile); Control incoming and outgoing services and materials; Organize production flow to prevent delays; Resolve production issues and rework; Collaborate with commercial and administrative departments; Track team productivity; Maintain organization within the production department; ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Knowledge of production management in the garment industry, experience in sewing and production processes, ability to lead teams, strong interpersonal skills with sewers and colleagues, practical and operational mindset (actively participating in and supporting production—not merely supervising), knowledge of production control, deadlines, and quality.
