Stimulating work environment with learning opportunities We are seeking a professional to supply the production line, ensuring timely fulfillment of the production schedule, planned volumes, and established productivity and quality standards. The role also requires performing activities in accordance with predefined safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. **ABOUT THE COMPANY** Tectextil is one of the largest companies in Brazil’s industrial packaging segment, with over 37 years of market experience. Our modern equipment and highly qualified team ensure delivery of high-quality products, meeting our customers’ needs with excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to requests from machine operators and sewing machine operators; * Perform finalization tasks for ready-to-use bulk bags (supplying, folding, tying, inflating, pre-assembly, packaging, etc.); * Participate in the production process to meet the pre-established production schedule, maintaining productivity and quality; * Report all non-conformities to the supervisor regarding quality deviations, missing data in records, and deviations from GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); * Perform assigned tasks according to work instructions and follow the company’s safety guidelines; * Remove scrap and waste generated during the process; * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned work area or equipment used; * Perform job-related tasks using personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with the company’s applicable norms and procedures; * Participate in Quality Management System activities as required by current quality standards; * Perform other duties assigned by supervisors related to work processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION:** * Preferred: Completed high school education. **EXPERIENCE:** * Preferred: Experience in production areas. **SKILLS:** * Adaptability * Proactivity * Teamwork We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and advance professionally.
