Job Summary: A professional to monitor women's fashion product development, ensuring quality and standardization at all stages. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring the creation and adjustments of pilot garments 2. Feasibility analysis of pattern-making, fabrics, and finishes 3. Collaborative work with development teams **Responsibilities:** \- Monitor the creation and adjustments of pilot garments; \- Analyze the feasibility of pattern-making, fabrics, and finishes; \- Collaborate with pattern-makers, pilot garment specialists, and seamstresses; \- Request and monitor prototypes, adjustments, and corrections of garments; \- Ensure standardization, quality, and deadlines in development; \- Enter information into the Tesk system; \- Support continuous improvement of production processes. **Requirements:** \- Prior experience in women's fashion product development; \- Knowledge of pattern-making, fabrics, and sewing processes; \- Experience in factories or garment workshops (preferred); \- Organizational skills, critical eye, and attention to detail; \- Strong communication and teamwork abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Degree in Fashion or related fields; \- Knowledge of technical specifications; \- Experience with large-scale production Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.300,00 per month Work Location: On-site
