As we expand our team, we seek a Pilot Garment Maker to support pilot garment development, ensuring quality, finishing, and fidelity to the original patterns prior to full-scale production. **Responsibilities:** * Produce pilot garments according to technical specifications and patterns. * Perform necessary adjustments to garments during the pilot-making process. * Assist in identifying improvements in garment construction. * Collaborate closely with pattern makers and the development team. * Ensure quality and finishing of pilot garments. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a pilot garment maker in garment manufacturing. * Proficiency in sewing and assembling complete garments. * Attention to detail and high standards for finishing quality. * Experience working with various fabric types. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with knits and T-shirts. * Experience in developing garments for mass production.
