




Job Summary: The professional will interpret technical specifications, manufacture military uniform prototypes, operate industrial sewing machines, and ensure product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Work with specific fabrics and ensure durability Interpret technical specifications, patterns, and military uniform requirements. Manufacture pilot pieces (prototypes) strictly adhering to established standards. Operate industrial sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, binding, etc.). Adjust and correct patterns as needed for fit, comfort, and functionality. Identify improvements in the assembly and finishing processes. Work with specific fabrics (ripstop, twill, technical fabrics, etc.), respecting their characteristics. Ensure seam strength and durability, considering tactical/military use. Collaborate with patternmakers and the development team to enhance products. Conduct assembly tests and suggest modifications to optimize large-scale production. Ensure standardization, quality, and compliance with technical standards and military requirements.
