





**Description: Apply quickly via email:** **Responsibilities and desired experience:** We are seeking a PCP Assistant to manage production scheduling and control in a leather clothing and accessories manufacturing company. The role involves monitoring the production flow to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and proper utilization of materials. Key Responsibilities Develop and monitor production plans aligned with customer orders and sales pipeline Control supply to the production line (fabrics, leather, trimmings, and raw materials) Issue production orders and monitor their execution Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and work-in-process products Support sequencing of cutting, sewing, and finishing operations Record production data and track performance indicators Monitor deadlines with internal departments (cutting, sewing, assembly) and third-party suppliers Maintain consistent communication with Procurement, Design/Style, and Logistics departments Participate in productive capacity analysis and workforce requirement assessments Requirements Completed high school education or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Production Engineering, Fashion, Business Administration, or related fields) Prior experience in PCP, preferably in the textile or fashion industry Knowledge of leather manufacturing processes and/or knitwear/fabric production is a plus Desired Competencies Organizational skills and sense of priority Analytical mindset and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Proactivity and results-oriented approach **Work schedule:** Monday through Saturday **Knowledge:** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering — In progress **Technical Skills:** Microsoft Excel — Advanced 2512090203141375053
