Required Qualifications: * Experience in pilot piece cutting or similar roles * Ability to follow established cutting schedules * Experience in pattern making * Experience in garment construction * Experience with various fabric types Responsibilities: * Perform pre-consumption calculations and mini-markings for consumption * Cut pilot piece patterns (precise cutting according to provided sketches and technical drawings) * Assist designers and pattern makers * Basic understanding of pattern making (sewing, measuring, cutting) * Familiarity with CAD and AUDACESS Skills: * Teamwork * Strong verbal and written communication * Organization and proactivity Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Childcare allowance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
