Conducting time studies and establishing standard times in production areas. Identifying improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce waste. Creating new finishing standards and procedures jointly with the pilot and sample departments. Registering new operations and area times in systems. Creating GMDs for new operations. Maintaining the operations database. Supporting verification for still release. Releasing references for sample scheduling by analyzing the flowchart and registration adjustments. Developing and implementing new processes. Adjusting GMDs by analyzing their usage across references and collection registration. Participating in consultations for establishing work methods and times. Providing support on work methods to the industrial area. Required Qualifications: Knowledge of textile and apparel time and motion study (chronoanalysis). Knowledge of technical specifications, pattern making, sewing, and product development. Knowledge of GMD. Technical or undergraduate degree. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools. Strong communication skills, ability to work in teams, and interaction with production facilities.
