Job Summary: The professional will perform sewing tasks, ensuring quality, efficiency, and standardization in garment production, operating various machines and following instructions. Key Highlights: 1. Sew garment pieces according to the defined standard 2. Operate sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, bias binding, and others) 3. Ensure finishing quality of garments and meet production targets **Purpose of the Role** Perform sewing activities in garment production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and standardization in accordance with company processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Sew garment pieces according to the defined standard * Operate sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, bias binding, and others) * Assemble and finish garments (e.g., uniforms) * Follow technical specifications and production instructions * Ensure finishing quality of garments * Identify and correct sewing defects * Meet daily production targets * Maintain workstation organization * Ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment * Support rework and adjustments as needed * Collaborate with the production team **Requirements** * Proven experience as a seamstress * Knowledge of industrial sewing machines * Proficiency with various fabric types * Efficiency and attention to detail * Commitment to quality and productivity **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in uniform manufacturing * Experience in large-scale production * Knowledge of various finishing techniques Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
