We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified **Production Manager** to lead factory operations at a renowned company in the **apparel manufacturing** sector. **Location:** * Londrina, PR (to be confirmed). **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise all stages of the apparel manufacturing production process (cutting, sewing, finishing, and shipping). * Ensure achievement of production targets, deadlines, and quality standards. * Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. * Lead, train, and motivate work teams, fostering a productive and safe working environment. * Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory control. * Implement and maintain quality control and continuous improvement programs. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **Production Management** within the **apparel manufacturing sector** (mandatory). * In-depth knowledge of machinery, processes, and workflows in the textile and apparel industry. * Leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary (to be negotiated).
