* We are seeking a Finishing Supervisor to oversee the final production activities in garment manufacturing. This professional will be responsible for ensuring product quality, meeting deadlines, and organizing the finishing team. Supervise the finishing team (pressing, inspection, garment cleaning, packaging, etc.); Ensure product quality standards prior to shipment; Monitor production deadlines and ensure achievement of targets; Assign tasks and guide the team on processes; Identify and correct finishing defects in garments; Control rework and waste; Organize the department to maintain an efficient production flow; Collaborate with cutting, sewing, and shipping departments; Train and develop the team as needed. * Prior experience in garment manufacturing, preferably in finishing; Experience leading teams; Knowledge of textile finishing processes; Attention to detail and focus on quality; Organizational skills and proactivity.
