Job Summary: Responsible for the recruitment, management, and monitoring of sewing workshops, ensuring quality and adherence to production schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Recruitment and management of sewing workshops 2. Knowledge of sewing (woven fabric) 3. Quality control and adherence to production schedules * Possession of Brazilian driver's license category B; * Recruitment of new sewing workshops; * Daily visits to sewing workshops; * Planning and scheduling of workshop supply; * Management and control of return forecasts; * Knowledge of sewing (woven fabric); * Ensuring adherence to schedules established by Production Planning and Control (PCP); * Inspection of produced garments to ensure compliance with required quality standards; * Identification of defects and guidance to seamstresses on necessary corrections; * Implementation and monitoring of processes to ensure consistency in garment quality.
