Sorting and Organizing: After cutting, separate pieces by size, color, fabric type, and style. Batch Preparation: Group cut parts together with trimmings (labels, buttons, threads) to facilitate seamstresses' work. Quality Control: Inspect cut pieces for fabric defects and count produced quantities to prevent shortages. Workplace Maintenance: Organize fabric scraps, clean the work area, and assist in moving heavy fabric rolls. Personal Qualities: Punctuality, commitment, and good teamwork.
