




Job Summary: The BAG/SEWING Production Operator is responsible for operating machines, completing production forms, and following engineering instructions as well as safety and quality standards. Execution of tasks according to department Job Title: BAG/SEWING Production Operator R$ 1.900,00 Monday to Thursday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Main Responsibilities: **Release machines according to the checklist (morning and afternoon);** Complete the Daily Production Follow-up Form (FADP); **Follow production engineering instructions provided by supervisors;** Sew bags and trim excess threads; **Follow workplace instructions, respecting shift rotations and breaks, as well as safety, quality, and internal regulations;** Perform tasks according to the department assigned; **Awareness of environmental aspects and proper disposal of waste in accordance with the Aspects and Impacts Matrix.** **Benefits:** Shuttle service (6% payroll deduction); Basic food basket paid via card (R$ 180.00/month); additional R$ 180.00/month if no absences or medical certificates occur during the month; breakfast with R$ 2.00 monthly discount; **After becoming permanent:** Health insurance (company covers 50% of the cost for employees and children, and 100% for spouses); Dental insurance: R$ 24.50/month.
