Job Summary: La Gea is seeking a seamstress for its atelier, responsible for constructing women's apparel, prototypes, and small-batch production using industrial sewing machines and quality control. Collaboration with the product development team for adjustments and improvements. Experiencing rapid growth and operating across multiple channels (brick-and-mortar store, wholesale, and e-commerce), we are seeking a seamstress for our atelier. About the Position: **Key Responsibilities:** \- Full garment construction of sample pieces from patterns or prototypes. \- Production and assembly of women's apparel using sewing techniques. \- Ability to sew both prototypes and small-batch production. \- Reading and understanding technical sheets and instructions from the style/modeling department. \- Operation of industrial sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, etc.). \- Quality control and finishing of garment seams. \- Ability to work with various fabric types. \- Collaboration with the patternmaker and product development team for potential adjustments and improvements to garments.
