Job Summary: A sewing professional responsible for basting, sewing, and manufacturing various items—including assistive technology products—and performing other organizational tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Sewing experience mandatory 2. Manufacturing various items for assistive technology 3. Basting and sewing different pieces * Baste and sew interfacings of different pieces using common sewing tools and sewing machines to assemble these pieces.; * Sew different parts of items using sewing machines and other appropriate tools to manufacture various types of products.; * Ability to manufacture various items for assistive technology \- people with special needs \- cushions, vests, chairs, toys, rugs, etc.; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment.
